This past week the 2017 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships got underway in Cairns, Australia. South Africa has a team of riders competing in both the XCO and DHI disciplines, since the team announcement some riders had to make the difficult decision to opt out of attending the event. For a number of reasons, mainly down to finances.

However with still a fair team presence representing South Africa in Cairns, we’ve updated results to the original list and schedule of riders who had competed in their respective races, along with links to live timing and broadcast feeds, which will now have replays available to view.
