The Croc2Croc is a three-day mountain bike stage race in Mpumalanga that allows you to enjoy the striking Steenkamp escarpment situated just below Dullstroom. There are four – that’s right FOUR – distance options that makes it a stage race that anyone can finish. But the 200-rider entry limit means that you can’t take too long to decide on which distance to enter!

The second annual Croc2Croc will take place from 12-14 May 2017 and is open to either two-rider teams or solo entries and incorporates three days of racing (or riding) in the beautiful wilderness area between the Crocodile River and the Dullstroom Highlands.

The event is based at the beautiful and luxurious Verlorenkloof Estate, which means no tent torment and access to all the daily requirements of your comfort zone. It’s less than a three-hour drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria but feels a world away.

Because the Croc2Croc organisers understand that we sometimes underestimate our fitness levels, they allow riders to scale down a distance should the distance they entered for become too formidable.

The entry fee includes:

  • All meals at Verlorenkloof inclusive of Friday evening dinner, Saturday breakfast, post-race snacks and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and buffet lunch.
