An exciting opportunity exists in Ballito for a dynamic and high motivated and ambitious General Manager at Holla Trails, South Africa’s leading mountain bike and trail running centre.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Developing and maintaining diverse trails to suit all skills.
• Rider/runner interaction and public relations (social media skills are imperative).
• Marketing and promoting the trails and membership
• Developing add-on enterprises for Holla Trails
• Managing the profitability of the business
• Noxious weed controls and landowner interaction
• Rider upliftment programs
• Sourcing sponsorship for the trails and events.
• Event Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Passionate and experienced mountain biker (do you understand what makes a great trail?)
• Grade 12 Certificate (preferably higher)
• Driver’s License
• Previous management or assistant management experience
• Be able to work weekends and public holidays
• Manage stock
• Computer literate
