Hosted by Sean Badenhorst and Alasdair Garnett, OWN THE TRAIL offers a comprehensive summary on understanding/preparing your bike; skills for confidence and speed and training to reach your potential.

OWN THE TRAIL is an expert presentation and doesn’t include riding bicycles. It’s an information and inspiration seminar aimed at those looking to efficiently move up a level in their riding. It’s ideal for new and intermediate level Johannesburg mountain bikers with ambition or a hunger to know more about performance mountain biking.

About your hosts:

Alasdair Garnett is an experienced road cycling and mountain biking coach. The former South Africa sub-veteran road race champion is also an accomplished mountain biker. He is one of only four South Africans to hold a Training Peaks Level 2 grading and is also an International Cycling Union Level 2 coach.

 

 

With more than 25 years of mountain biking experience, Sean Badenhorst is a South African mountain bike industry expert and the Chief Instructor at TREAD Skills, the country’s leading mountain bike skills improvement business. He is also one of South Africa’s most respected mountain biking journalists.
