We’re all quite familiar with Santa Cruz Syndicate, the team Greg Minnaar races for. If you’re a hardcore fan, you’ve probably watched Episode 1 of Road Rules, an ongoing challenge between two teams comprising Syndicate racers and staff. In a series of fun, crazy challenges, the teams have to race a 20-year-old DH bike, eat dry Weetbix, carry eggs without breaking them, eat a meat pie (even the vegetarians), answer general knowledge questions and of course ride bikes. It’s a 15-minute episode that really is a good way to introduce us to the non-riding staff and see another side of the team members. And it’s narrated by the legend that is Steve Peat, mate.
